【要闻】EF英孚青少儿英语Gavin：让孩子成为更好的自己

由本教育主办的“本2019中国教师庆典暨第九届五星金牌教师评选颁奖仪式”在北京举行。 第35届教师节到来之际，教师盛典根据金牌教师的表彰仪式进行了积分升级，聚集了许多国内知名教育家、校长、优秀教师和教育实践者参加。

作为行业独特影响较大的教师年度盛事，在过去8次活动中，本教育为全国教师发掘了约万人执着教育、勇敢创新、传播真正知识的榜样，教育专家、机构大咖啡在这次活动中集体发声。

how do you develop a school team？

gavin :太好了。 要组建合格的优秀教育团队，首先必须让老师和其他团队的成员理解教育目标。 也就是说，首先要合理掌握学生学习的复印件，让他们成为最好的自己，帮助他们接受教育实现自己的梦想。 一旦确定了这个目标，就必须创造环境，让团队所有人都达到这个目标，并让我们支持老师的个人目标。 因为作为团队的管理者，向所有努力的老师提供支持很重要。 最后，营造气氛，鼓励反馈，帮助成员继续成长。
